Welcome To The Three Villages Medical Practice

This website has been designed to tell you about the practice and the services that we offer. Please read it carefully. We trust that you will find it helpful and informative.

Three Villages Medical Practice team includes five GPs, three nurses, one health care assistant, as well as our practice manager, IT manager, summarisers, secretaries and reception staff.
We provide a wide range of family health services, including:

• advice on health problems
• vaccinations
•  examinations and treatment
• prescriptions for medicines
• referrals to other health services and social services

We also provide care during pregnancy, child health checks and immunisations, health promotion/health screening services, such as smear tests and well person checks, and minor operations and procedures.

If a doctor cannot deal with your problem themselves, they'll usually refer you to a hospital for tests, treatment or to see a consultant with specialised knowledge.

This booklet is for both existing patients and those considering registering with us. It tells you about our services, how to access them and some general information about how the practice operates.
