Obtain A Repeat Prescription?

Repeat Prescriptions may be requested by using the stub from your previous repeat prescription to mark the repeat medication required and posted in the Prescription Request Box in the reception in the foyer at the Stourbridge Health and Social Care Centre, or the box near the reception at the surgery. You also have the option to fax your prescription request. Please allow 48 hours for the doctor to check and sign your prescription. If you wish your prescription to be posted please provide a stamped addressed envelope. If you wish to use a chemist’s services, you must make these arrangements yourself with the chemist of your choice. Requests by telephone will not be accepted, as this can lead to confusion and errors.
